VOLUNTEERING

All positions in our Pack -from Cubmaster to Den Leaders- are volunteers.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

VOLUNTEER WILL COORDINATE APPAREL REQUESTS, PLACE ORDERS, AND MANAGE ON-HAND INVENTORY.

VOLUNTEER WILL MANAGE DONATIONS, KEEP TRACK OF INVENTORY, ENSURE UNFIROMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION AND HELP FULFIL ALL REQUESTS.

Looking for a way to help? Consider volunteering for one of the open positions for the 2023/2024 year:

Fundraising Organizer - Coordinate the annual wreath sales fundraiser.
Pack Uniform Recycling Program Coordinator - Organize and maintain our Pack's uniform recycling program to collect and distribute unused uniforms.
Advancement Coordinator - Help report advancement and purchase awards for distribution.
Committee Member - Advise the pack's activities, scheduling, and finance decisions.
New Member Liaison - Welcome new families and help their membership applications get processed.
Pinewood Derby Coordinator - Coordinate the annual Pinewood Derby (normally in March).
Blue & Gold Coordinator - Coordinate the annual Blue & Gold celebration (normally in February).
Summer Camp Coordinator - Coordinate the annual summer camp (normally in July/Aug).

Volunteers are what make our Pack function. Our Pack is run by the following volunteer positions:

Webmaster - Maintain the pack Scoutbook and website pages.

Blue & Gold Coordinator - Coordinate the annual Blue & Gold celebration (normally in February).

Treasurer - Manage the Pack finances.
Cubmaster or Assistant - Execute the Pack activity plan
Den Leader or Assistant - Execute the Den activities and rank advancement.
